Role Overview:

The Events Manager will be responsible for orchestrating brand activation and hospitality initiatives for various events. This role requires collaboration with clients, departmental leaders, and field teams to define program objectives and deliverables. The Events Manager will work closely across multiple departments to curate a vibrant events calendar, manage activation budgets, and ensure program efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of new business opportunities through thorough research and information analysis.
  • Oversee a complex events calendar, effectively allocating resources to ensure successful outcomes across multiple projects.
  • Act as a liaison among departments to facilitate impactful brand events.
  • Implement event operations within budget constraints and performance targets.
  • Coordinate event logistics, serving as the primary contact leading up to and during events.
  • Generate creative ideas for new events and enhancements to existing ones.
  • Assist in training pub employees through sampling and educational sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including tracking reports and expense documentation.
  • Ensure flawless execution of program components.
  • Contribute to post-event evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of company products and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage challenging stakeholder interactions effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with employees, customers, and partners.
  • Proficient project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external objectives.
  • Experience in establishing contracts and partnerships with vendors and agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of delegating tasks and managing diverse teams to execute complex events.
