Position Summary:

The Events Manager will be responsible for orchestrating brand engagement and hospitality initiatives across various events. This role involves collaborating with clients, departmental leaders, and field teams to define program goals and deliverables. The Events Manager will work closely with multiple departments to curate a vibrant and diverse events schedule. Additionally, this position entails developing and managing activation budgets to ensure program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.
  • Oversee a complex events calendar, efficiently allocating resources to achieve successful outcomes across multiple projects.
  • Act as a liaison among departments to facilitate the execution of impactful brand events.
  • Manage event operations within budget constraints and performance targets.
  • Coordinate event logistics, serving as the primary contact before and during events.
  • Generate innovative ideas for new events and enhancements to existing ones.
  • Assist in training pub employees through product sampling and educational sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as tracking reports and managing expense documentation.
  • Ensure flawless execution of program components.
  • Contribute to post-event evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of company products and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external commitments.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and partnerships with vendors and service providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership capabilities to delegate tasks and manage the complexities of unique events.
