Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead event execution: Manage all facets of event planning and implementation, ensuring smooth operations and surpassing participant expectations.
  • Ensure global uniformity: Uphold our standardized event model across various locations, delivering a consistent experience for attendees worldwide.
  • Enhance space efficiency: Collaborate with the Global Workplace Events Program Manager to optimize the functionality and efficiency of event spaces.
  • Foster strong vendor relationships: Handle supplier partnerships, negotiate beneficial agreements, and collaborate closely with procurement teams.
  • Deliver exceptional support: Provide assistance and guidance to team leaders and onsite coordinators, ensuring the success of events from inception to conclusion.
  • Analyze and improve: Monitor event outcomes, evaluate data, and create detailed reports to identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant event management experience
  • Proficient in project or program management
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
