Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Marketing Manager to join our team at ResiXperts. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive event strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement event plans, including calendaring, registration, staffing, and budgeting.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Determine ideal events and home shows to effectively expand brand presence and drive customer engagement, leads, and revenue.
    • Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to schedule and nurture customer leads generated by events.
  • Event Management and Logistics
    • Personally attend events and work in the booths to lead attendee engagement efforts, oversee setup and teardown, and provide onsite management.
    • Maximize event effectiveness by ensuring that all booth staff follow best practices and are appropriately trained.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Continuously analyze event and process effectiveness using staff feedback and back-office revenue data to refine approaches and improve outcomes.
  • Travel and Representation
    • Travel frequently to various local events, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to represent our company and engage with customers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience successfully planning and staffing events and home shows.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on event needs.
  • Personable demeanor and solid interpersonal skills effective at engaging with event attendees and representing our company brands well.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Solid experience analyzing event ROI and using spreadsheets.
  • Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to moving or lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and standing for many hours at a time.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in event planning or project management is a plus.
  • Experience managing external agency brand ambassadors is a plus.
  • Experience working in back office CRMs, especially Service Titan, is a plus.
