Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Successful Event Delivery: You will oversee all facets of event organization and implementation, ensuring seamless coordination of venues, managing suppliers, and providing support to attendees. Your efforts will contribute to the success of our major events.
  • Establish a Unified Events Framework: You will ensure uniformity and efficiency in event execution across various locations, guaranteeing a smooth experience for all participants.
  • Enhance Event Venues: You will assist the Global Workplace Events Program Manager in optimizing the use of event spaces, ensuring they are adequately equipped and prepared for activities.
  • Oversee Supplier Partnerships: You will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including catering and rental services, while working alongside procurement and other departments as necessary.
  • Deliver Client Support: You will provide guidance and assistance to team leaders and onsite coordinators to ensure events are executed flawlessly and meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Compile Event Analytics: You will monitor and evaluate event metrics to produce comprehensive reports that assess the effectiveness of events and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in event coordination.
  • Strong skills in project or program management.
  • Experience in supplier management.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Jira.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage projects independently from inception to completion.
