Support is provided primarily through our help desk ticket system, but will also include phone calls, direct emails, and instant messages. These support duties may include assisting employees with telephone and or voicemail related issues. Additionally, the Senior IT Support Specialist may also be required to provide advanced technical support to the other IT Support Specialists. The Network Operations Manager may assign tasks to this individual occasionally.
