IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Intelligent Technical Solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients, resolving a wide range of technical issues with minimal assistance.
- Handle system updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
- Minimum of three years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Expertise in Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, Server 2012 to 2022, VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization, M365 and Azure.
- Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
- Active Server Certifications are preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
- First-touch closed: Each ticket that is completed with only one time entry contributes to this number.
- Utilization: The percentage of time that you are on the clock and billing time to client tickets.
- CSAT: Scores filled out by clients using the rating system in tickets.
- Pay rate ranges from $36.36/hr up to $41.03/hr, varying by experience and location.
- Pay increase depends on acquisition of certificates. Technicians are expected to take the company-sponsored certification at least once every six months upon hiring.
