Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Intelligent Technical Solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients, resolving a wide range of technical issues with minimal assistance.
  • Handle system updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, Server 2012 to 2022, VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization, M365 and Azure.
  • Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
  • Active Server Certifications are preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
Performance Metrics:
  • First-touch closed: Each ticket that is completed with only one time entry contributes to this number.
  • Utilization: The percentage of time that you are on the clock and billing time to client tickets.
  • CSAT: Scores filled out by clients using the rating system in tickets.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay rate ranges from $36.36/hr up to $41.03/hr, varying by experience and location.
  • Pay increase depends on acquisition of certificates. Technicians are expected to take the company-sponsored certification at least once every six months upon hiring.
