Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Caregiver Specialists to join our team of compassionate and skilled caregivers. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill scheduling gaps throughout the day, covering for caregiver vacations, sickness, or emergencies
- Guaranteed pay for 10 hours daily (40 hours weekly) even if no shifts need covering
- Work flexible schedules, including Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
- Provide high-quality care to clients, promoting their independence and dignity
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
