Caring Support Specialist

Compensation: $23/hour (FULL-TIME and PART-TIME)
We are actively seeking dedicated Caring Support Specialists to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to clients in need of assistance with daily activities.
Pay Range:
Compensation varies from $21-25/hour based on experience and certification, with additional pay for shorter shifts.
Shift Details:
Available shifts are 2–4 hours in the morning, with options for both weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster meaningful connections with clients.
- Aid clients in daily living tasks, including dressing, grooming, eating, and personal hygiene.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and tidy environment.
- Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
- Offer companionship and supervision to clients.
Qualifications:
- Female Caregiver preferred.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle for client transport.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) is required.
- Previous experience in CNA or senior care is essential.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of a background check and medical clearance is mandatory prior to employment.
- Work authorization is required.
