Role Overview:
The Client Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer service inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction with our operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer service calls and addressing patient and client inquiries.
  • Assessing client satisfaction with our services and performance.
  • Assisting Sales representatives in identifying, educating, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Supporting the billing department in the collection of payments from clients and patients.
  • Keeping management informed of trends or changes in the service area.

Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification:
Must possess a valid driver's license without restrictions.

Experience:
Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, proficient keyboard and computer abilities, and accurate data entry capabilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a basic understanding of medical terminology is essential. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Specimen Processing department is required for consideration.
