Overview:
American Cybersystems is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support services to our clients.
The IT Support Specialist will engage in daily operational support tasks while collaborating with augmented support personnel. You will also offer guidance and leadership to ensure efficient service delivery.
This position reports to the Site Services Delivery Manager (SDM) and requires a strong commitment to customer service and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a user-centric IT support experience.
- Manage site support ticket queues to enhance the customer journey.
- Coordinate with site support staff in alignment with the SDM.
- Participate actively in ticket-based support activities, including device staging and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all supported assets.
- Collaborate with local, internal, and third-party stakeholders.
- Assist the SDM with project-related tasks and highlight relevant topics.
- Provide hands-on support, including equipment setup and network troubleshooting.
- Ensure data rooms are secure and orderly in accordance with policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service through process optimization.
- Engage in knowledge management as an author or reviewer.
- Identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the SDM.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge and prior experience in technical support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supporting regulated environments and audits.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and vendors.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $37.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on various factors including education, experience, and specific job duties.
