Qualifications for the SVP of Finance and Operations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's Degree or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Non-profit and banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and embracing new technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
