The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a crucial leadership role in managing and enhancing all financial aspects of our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting.
- Management of Financial Operations:
- Supervise all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and treasury management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Deliver timely and precise financial analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
- Evaluate financial performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and risk management.
- Capital Management:
- Oversee capital structure and investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize financial risks.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the organization's assets and interests.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to finance and HR teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support the professional growth of finance and HR personnel to enhance their capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the CEO and board of directors, to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as investors and regulatory bodies, to maintain transparency and trust.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in financial management and strategic planning, ideally within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making.
- Experience in implementing frameworks for unit economics and their relation to value creation in a SaaS model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with foresight to address future trends and challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with financial systems and software, particularly ERP and BI tools.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- A collaborative mindset suited for a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
