Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and strategic planning, ideally within the SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making.
  • Experience in implementing frameworks for unit economics and their relation to value creation in a SaaS model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with foresight to address future trends and challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and software, particularly ERP and BI tools.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • A collaborative mindset suited for a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
