Roles & Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new customers.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities in target markets.
  • Strong understanding of UVL's services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
  • Engage in the full sales cycle from initial contact, to discovery, to rate quoting, to systemic set up and ongoing follow up to develop a book of business.
  • Understand customer relationship complexity and risk.
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals.
  • Establish and implement short and long-range goals and objectives with the help of VP of Sales Development and Director of Sales.
  • Ensure achievement of KPI's and annual budget.
  • Attending conferences and industry events.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and other collateral material to key clients.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Proven track record of sales and sales management
  • Time management skills and self-motivated.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performance business development program within the organization.
  • Professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in structured individual and team sales management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • College graduate preferred.
