As we take our brand and communications efforts to the next level, were looking for an Executive Assistant to be a key member of our team. This role reports to and supports the Chief Communications Officer. In addition, the role will carry out responsibilities to support others within the Communications Department, among other duties as needed. This role will also have primary responsibility for managing the ticket utilization process for Acrisure managed suites at properties such as Acrisure Stadium, Acrisure Arena, UBS Arena and the Van Andel Arena. This is a high-impact, high-demand, high-expectations role. Executive Assistant focus areas in support of Chief Communications Officer: Meeting scheduling, note taking, and follow-up action items Expense report management and creation Dialogue with other Executive support colleagues to ensure alignment of calendars, meeting needs and related Management of agenda for all-team meetings and related Other duties as needed Ticket Management: Oversee the employee and client ticketing process and distribution at Acrisure managed suites and other entertainment assets Oversee the suite catering orders, suite parking and employee / client communications in regards to the suite experience and manage overall suite appearances Respond to requests for tickets and prioritize them according to established criteria Interface with ticket management software supplied, TicketOS, or other systems as determined in the future Other support focus areas: Provide on-site event support as needed, which can include Home Office events in Grand Rapids, MI or travel to other locations Oversee relationship with primary Acrisure Store vendors; procurement and distribution of Acrisure branded merchandise Secure other company branded products as needed Event attendee registration support Event collateral management (name badge, signage, etc. print & shipping) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Hospitality, or related field 3-5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, or within a corporate brand, event, or product marketing team Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft (or similar platforms) recommended Sharp attention to detail and collaborative working style Excellent written abilities Always-on mentality to be aware of needs as they arise and proactively address Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Demonstrable drive to out-work others Benefits & Perks: Competitive Compensation Industry Leading Healthcare Savings and Investments Charitable Giving Programs Offering hybrid work option Opportunities for Growth Parental Leave Generous time away Acrisure is committed to making an impact in our communities by giving back, with millions committed to childrens health with Helen Devos Childrens Hospital and UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
