POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the organization, overseeing multiple programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for the overall management of operations, ensuring that all divisions function cohesively to achieve organizational goals.

Full-time

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Directs the vision and execution of all organizational programs.
  • Manages the comprehensive budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develops innovative strategies that address industry trends and challenges.
  • Implements effective instructional programs that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicates with the Board of Directors regarding organizational performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversees financial planning and prepares the annual budget in collaboration with leadership teams.
  • Establishes efficient procedures for managing expenditures in accordance with the approved budget.
  • Evaluates staffing needs and participates in recruitment and personnel management.
  • Coordinates fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives.
  • Implements performance improvement plans for staff to align with organizational objectives.
  • Provides guidance and support to division leaders as necessary.
  • Ensures that facilities are well-maintained and conducive to a productive work environment.
  • Identifies and manages capital improvement projects to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Engages in professional development to stay current with educational advancements.
  • Collaborates with staff and community partners to foster a positive organizational culture.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's Degree (Advanced Degree preferred).
  • Postgraduate Professional License in Administration and Supervision.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Experience in overseeing specialized educational programs.
  • Knowledge of relevant human resources laws and educational regulations.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
  • Eligibility for a Postgraduate Professional License in Administration and Supervision.
  • Valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend commitments.
EVALUATION:
  • Annual performance evaluations will be conducted by the Board of Directors.
