Recommend new product offerings and identify new opportunities for nVent by supervising and reporting the voice-of-customer to the product marketing team, tracking competitors, and developing a driven response of actions. YOU HAVE: A bachelor’s degree is helpful or applicable sales experience will be considered. Ideally 10+ years of experience in sales and business development with a focus on technical product solutions, particularly in the data center space. Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office and travel 15% of the time nationally on average. While we will consider any US location for the home office base, our preference is WA, CA, or TX. Ability to discuss product design and improvement internally and externally. Proven success in establishing strong connections with large, key enterprise clients, resulting in significant project wins and increased sales growth. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. Excellent time management and organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools preferably SFDC.
