Job Description:
Responsibilities include monitoring the performance of a domestic discretionary or non-discretionary, advisory product, which may include managing a product within the brokerage or institutional offering. Responsibilities include working with more senior Product Specialists in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities.

Managed Account Advisors (MAA) is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser that is responsible for the implementation of Investment Strategies across Bank of America Global Wealth Management. The Portfolio Manager associate is responsible for account consistency and flawless trade order delivery. A key member of the Portfolio Overlay team, this position works with the Senior Portfolio Manager to ensure accurate and error-free trading transactions on accounts. The position provides expertise when generating holdings reports, creating trades in all asset classes and processing trade instructions in accounts as well as finding and researching any outliers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor assigned accounts daily
  • Ensure the continuous and accurate flow of trade-orders
  • Perform account analysis by generating reports to help identify and resolve dispersion within accounts
  • Investigate and work with Portfolio Administration Team, from a Portfolio Management perspective, to resolve trading issues
  • Verify previous account issues are resolved
  • Independently create and review complex analyses of accounts
  • Accurately create, execute and review trades, according to instructions and departmental trading procedures, for execution
  • Accurately report account holdings in various formats
  • Perform or assist with performing any needed daily account maintenance on accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and files of trading activity, critical reports and supporting documents
  • Query and update database information, for specific investment related account information
  • Monitor the performance of a domestic discretionary or non-discretionary, advisory product, which may include managing a product within the brokerage or institutional offering
  • Collaborate with more senior Product Specialists in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of general financial industry experience or relevant coursework
  • Proven highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, self-motivated, good work ethics and work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, and work in fast-paced high volume area
  • Proven ability to communicate/articulate issues clearly and concisely
  • Proven computer literate, with a proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of investment products and securities
  • 65 can be held permissively but cannot obtain or hold any other licenses
