Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure their satisfaction, and help them achieve their business goals through our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure their needs are met.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that enhance the customer experience.

  • Sales Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts.

  • Account Management:

    • Monitor client accounts to ensure they are up-to-date and in good standing.
    • Track and report on client activities, sales performance, and account status.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients and management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

  • Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
