About The Role The Consultant for Local Execution Strategy plays a crucial role in the orchestration and realization of Kinetic Business Unit's (BU) strategic marketing initiatives at the local level. The individual in this position will support cross-functional planning and ensure the seamless execution of local strategies within each marketing segment. This role requires a proactive leader capable of fostering strong communication among project stakeholders and driving alignment between sales execution and distribution across all marketing segments. What You’ll Do Collaborate with various departments to support the development and execution of marketing segmentation strategies. Facilitate the integration of local strategies with broader organizational goals, ensuring that all functions are aligned and moving cohesively towards common objectives. Act as the primary liaison between the project team and stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations. Monitor and report on key project milestones, keeping stakeholders informed of project status and any deviations from the plan. Utilize data-driven insights to provide accurate and timely reports on project performance. Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for executive reviews of projects in flight. Summarize complex project details into executive summaries that highlight critical points, risks, and recommendations. Guarantee that sales execution strategies are in lockstep with marketing segmentation plans across all Kinetic BU. Work to align distribution channels with the marketing segmentation strategy, ensuring that products and services are effectively reaching the intended market segments. Regularly gather and analyze feedback from all relevant parties involved in the project. Organize and lead sessions to review feedback, with the goal of refining and improving ongoing and future project success. Promote an environment of continuous improvement by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the marketing planning process. Advocate for the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to marketing segmentation strategy execution. Do You Have Proven experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences. Strategic thinking with the ability to connect the dots between various initiatives and the company's overall goals. Proficient in data analysis and project reporting, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Adept at preparing executive-level reports and presentations. Experience in sales and marketing alignment and a thorough understanding of distribution channels. Ability to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
