About The Role


The Consultant for Local Strategy Execution is pivotal in orchestrating and implementing the Kinetic Business Unit's (BU) strategic marketing initiatives at the local level.

This role entails supporting cross-functional planning and ensuring the smooth execution of local strategies across various marketing segments.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can cultivate strong communication among project stakeholders and drive alignment between sales execution and distribution across all marketing segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse departments to aid in the development and execution of marketing segmentation strategies.
  • Facilitate the integration of local strategies with overarching organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive movement towards shared goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate progress, risks, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations.
  • Monitor and report on key project milestones, keeping stakeholders updated on project status and any deviations from the plan.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to deliver accurate and timely reports on project performance.
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for executive reviews of ongoing projects.
  • Summarize intricate project details into executive summaries that highlight critical points, risks, and recommendations.
  • Ensure that sales execution strategies align seamlessly with marketing segmentation plans across all Kinetic BU.
  • Work to align distribution channels with the marketing segmentation strategy, ensuring effective reach to intended market segments.
  • Regularly collect and analyze feedback from all relevant parties involved in the project.
  • Organize and lead sessions to review feedback, aiming to refine and enhance ongoing and future project success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the marketing planning process.
  • Advocate for the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to executing marketing segmentation strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect various initiatives to the company's overall goals.
  • Proficient in data analysis and project reporting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Skilled in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Experience in aligning sales and marketing efforts with a comprehensive understanding of distribution channels.
  • Able to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Actual base pay for this position will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.

Minimum Requirements:


A college degree and 5-7 years of professional-level experience with 2-3 years of supervisory experience; or 9+ years of professional-level related experience with 2-3 years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional-level related experience is required.
