Role Overview
The Consultant for Local Strategy Execution is pivotal in orchestrating and actualizing the strategic marketing initiatives of the Kinetic Business Unit (BU) at the local level.
This position entails supporting cross-functional planning and ensuring the smooth execution of local strategies across each marketing segment.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, adept at fostering effective communication among project stakeholders and ensuring alignment between sales execution and distribution across all marketing segments.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with diverse departments to aid in the development and implementation of marketing segmentation strategies.
- Facilitate the alignment of local strategies with overarching organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive movement towards shared goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate progress, risks, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations.
- Monitor and report on significant project milestones, keeping stakeholders updated on project status and any deviations from the plan.
- Leverage data-driven insights to deliver accurate and timely reports on project performance.
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for executive reviews of ongoing projects.
- Summarize intricate project details into executive summaries that highlight essential points, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure that sales execution strategies are synchronized with marketing segmentation plans across all Kinetic BU.
- Align distribution channels with the marketing segmentation strategy, ensuring effective reach to intended market segments.
- Regularly collect and analyze feedback from all relevant parties involved in the project.
- Organize and lead sessions to review feedback, aiming to refine and enhance the success of ongoing and future projects.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the marketing planning process.
- Advocate for the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to executing marketing segmentation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to varied audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to connect various initiatives to the company's overarching goals.
- Proficient in data analysis and project reporting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.

Minimum Requirements
A college degree with 5-7 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role; or 9+ years of relevant professional experience with 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required.
