Formulate service charge allocation methodologies based on best practices, taking into account property characteristics and tenant usage.

Conduct break-even analysis to assess the financial viability of real estate initiatives.

Manage client financial reporting, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.

Establish comprehensive financial policies and procedures to enhance operational finance controls and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Create dynamic dashboards and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and strategic insights.

Utilize strong presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Analyze real estate operating expenses, benchmarking against industry standards.

Collaborate with external partners to periodically review service rate cards to reflect market changes.

Interpret development plans and designs to estimate operating expenses and develop service charge frameworks.

Develop life cycle costing models and reserve fund strategies.


Project Management

Lead multiple consultancy projects simultaneously, ensuring effective management and timely execution of deliverables.

Interpret client proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive technical and commercial responses.

Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet client expectations.


Client Engagement and Business Development
