Location (Where You Are): This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will be based in Washington DC, with 2-3 days on-site per week. This position can require occasional travel, including internationally.

Responsibilities (What You Do):As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the anchor in our talent acquisition process, ensuring that every candidate has a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your role will be pivotal in scheduling, coordinating, and managing administrative tasks related to recruiting. Your global experience and multilingual capabilities will help us bridge cultures and time zones, bringing the best talent to our team no matter where they are.

  • Master Scheduler: Orchestrate interviews across multiple time zones with ease, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Tech Savvy Innovator: Utilize cutting-edge tools and platforms to streamline the recruiting process, from applicant tracking systems to virtual interview software.
  • Global Connector: Leverage your international experience to engage with candidates worldwide, providing a warm and professional touch.
  • Administrative Guru: Handle all administrative aspects of the recruiting process, including document management, candidate communication, and data entry with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure every candidate feels valued and informed throughout their journey with us, maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Collaboration Expert: Work closely with hiring managers, the People team, and the rest of the WCK team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success recruiting entry level, mid and senior level candidates across various organizational structures and teams.
  • Global Experience: Youve navigated international landscapes and understand the nuances of global recruitment.
  • Multilingual Skills: Fluency in another language besides English is highly preferred.
  • Personable and Charismatic: Your warm, engaging personality puts candidates at ease and represents our brand beautifully.
  • Scheduling Maestro: You have a proven track record of managing complex schedules with precision and flair.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Tech proficiency is a must, with mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Workable, BambooHR and ability to navigate multiple software platforms at once.Awareness of the latest recruiting technologies and always eager to learn new tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your organizational skills are second to none, and you pride yourself on not letting anything slip through the cracks.
  • Alignment with the mission and values of WCK.
  • Must have U.S. valid work authorization.
  • Have valid passport.
