Requirements What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience Good leadership and managerial capabilities Excellent organizational skills Strong mathematical skills Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback and instructions to others Exercise independent judgment in making sound decisions Good computer skills in MS Word and Excel Ability to work efficiently independently and cooperatively on a team.
