In this position, you will oversee a team of hourly employees and will be responsible for engaging your team throughout their shifts to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

You will also be instrumental in meeting our customer expectations to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and punctually.


Our operational workflow consists of three key phases: First mile - where products are stored and prepared for orders; Middle mile - where orders are transported to your area; and Last mile - where products are delivered to the customer's doorstep.

It is important to note that while workflows may have slight variations, one constant remains:
our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

  • Support, mentor, and inspire your hourly workforce
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments
  • Collaborate with various support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to create strategies that align with business goals
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Work in an environment where noise levels may vary and can be loud
  • Operate in conditions that may involve variable temperatures and weather (including outdoor loading areas)
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of employee and performance management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean methodologies
