  • Foster strong relationships with union representatives and staff as necessary.
  • Maintain open communication and positive interactions with faculty and staff across various departments.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning as required.
  • Manage personnel actions including hiring, promotions, and training.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for equipment and processes to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by departmental leadership.

Qualifications:

Education: A minimum of a 2-Year degree in Facilities Management or a related field is required.

Experience: At least eight years of direct experience in facilities management operations, with a minimum of three years in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
