What You’ll Do
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, generating revenue, and maximizing client value.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to assess their needs, address any issues or concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and act as an advocate for the clients within the organization.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, aiming to achieve win-win outcomes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Account Planning and Strategy:
Develop account plans and strategies for assigned clients, outlining key objectives and action plans.
Analyze client performance and identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective execution of client strategies.
Provide input and feedback on product improvements and enhancements based on client feedback and market needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, revenue, and client activities using CRM software or other tools.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Who You Are
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Solid understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Availability to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
