Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our Sales department. As a Sales Account Executive, you will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys sales targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth
  • Pitch and close new and existing business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and handle customer inquiries
  • Set up meetings with clients and facilitate the sales process
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest new ideas to improve sales

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Account Executive
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong customer engagement abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Superb analytical and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
