You will also oversee and support the team within Marketing that develops strategies to support product and market launches, sales promotions, events, and other company initiatives. Content Development: You will also oversee and support the Marketing Services team within Marketing (Communications, Creative, and Media) that develops and executes marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products, business opportunity, and culture. Project and Process Management: You will also oversee and support the Product Management team within Marketing to help clearly define priorities and help ensure your overall team can meet deadlines and expectations. You will also help clarify and champion processes that empower your team to do its best work as efficiently as possible. Consumer and Field Insights: You will lead efforts to gather and analyze insights from both our global field and consumers (both existing and prospective) to gain a deep understanding of needs, preferences, and behaviors. This will involve conducting market research, customer surveys, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies, as well as to help product development and positioning. Sales Enablement: You will work closely with the global Business Development team to develop marketing programs and initiatives that support the sales process and drive revenue growth. This includes providing sales strategies, tools, collateral, and other resources to help our global associates communicate the power of ASEA in 34 markets throughout the world. Brand Management: Together with your Marketing team-and in close collaboration with Business Development, Science, Events, Recognition, and Human Resources-you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and championing ASEA's brand reputation and image. This involves implementing and appropriately evolving brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, and monitoring brand perception among associates, customers, and employees. Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading marketing teams. Deep experience driving marketing for a global sales organization-whether in direct sales, or other industries such as retail, pharmaceutical, insurance, or financial services. Proven ability and desire to work collaboratively and cross-functionally-not just within your department, but across departments throughout the entire organization.
