The Vice President of Operations will oversee the comprehensive operational framework, service execution, customer engagement, and supply chain management for VidaGroup's North America division.

Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the complete profit and loss management of the division and both immediate and future financial outcomes and strategies.

Direct significant operational, service execution, customer engagement, and supply chain management initiatives that foster sustainable growth and profitability for the organization.

Ensure the division achieves anticipated financial returns.
Guide and nurture the talent of the direct report team and the broader organization.
Formulate annual strategies and budgets while tracking performance against established benchmarks.
Articulate strategy and spearhead execution of superior profitable sales growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
Over 10 years of senior-level operations, service execution, and supply chain leadership experience with full profit and loss responsibility.
Proven experience in steering operational strategies aligned with high-growth Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) across the organization.
Expertise in supply chain services and digital automation technologies.
A demonstrable and successful history of driving organizational change.
Experience managing a business unit with a revenue exceeding $300 million.
Proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
Strong leadership capabilities while fostering a collaborative team environment and creating an employee-focused culture.
