Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

16+ years of experience in Human Resources as a strategic partner to business operations, with a focus on Organizational Development and Talent Management; 8+ years of experience in leading and developing both direct and indirect teams. Proven experience in manufacturing environments, supporting a range of employees from production staff to senior executives.

In-depth knowledge and expertise in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, data analytics, and diversity initiatives. Demonstrated success in crafting and executing change management strategies.

Proven track record in managing mergers and acquisitions, including risk assessment, employee program integration, policy harmonization, and onboarding processes.

Strong leadership capabilities and strategic planning skills to cultivate relationships and trust across a global organization. Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to navigate multiple priorities and deadlines.

A high degree of integrity, ethical standards, and emotional intelligence is essential. Ability to influence across various functions and levels of authority, establishing oneself as a trusted advisor.

Proficient in utilizing human capital analytics and adept at leveraging diverse data sources to develop aligned business solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior judgment, conflict resolution, negotiation, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Strong business acumen and comprehensive industry knowledge. Highly skilled in building credible partnerships with leaders, HR colleagues, and employees at all organizational levels. Exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Able to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, maintain relationships, and collaborate effectively with all organizational levels.

Capable of leading and managing across various business sectors and adapting to different leadership styles. Extensive experience in guiding a team of HR Business Partners. Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, coupled with sound judgment.

How You Will Make an Impact: Ensure the effective delivery of HR programs and services, including talent development, coaching for leaders and managers, recruitment for key roles, compensation strategies, performance management, and employee relations.
