This HR Business Partner provides strategic consultation and direction to leaders on market dynamics, talent management, workforce planning, performance evaluation, and organizational strategies.
To excel in this role, the Vice President of HR must effectively drive cultural transformation, foster collaboration, and influence a wide array of stakeholders while possessing a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, strategies, and expectations.This position is a full-time remote opportunity with occasional travel required to various manufacturing sites and corporate offices.
Qualifications:

16+ years of experience in Human Resources as a strategic partner to business operations, with a focus on Organizational Development and Talent Management; 8+ years of experience in leading and developing both direct and indirect teams. Proven experience in manufacturing environments, supporting a range of employees from production staff to senior executives.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, data analytics, and diversity initiatives. Demonstrated success in crafting and executing change management strategies.
Proven track record in managing mergers and acquisitions, including risk assessment, employee program integration, policy harmonization, and onboarding processes.
Strong leadership capabilities and strategic planning skills to cultivate relationships and trust across a global organization. Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to navigate multiple priorities and deadlines.
A high degree of integrity, ethical standards, and emotional intelligence is essential. Ability to influence across various functions and levels of authority, establishing oneself as a trusted advisor.Proficient in utilizing human capital analytics and adept at leveraging diverse data sources to develop aligned business solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior judgment, conflict resolution, negotiation, and creative problem-solving abilities.
