VP Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Drive effective revenue operational management in collaboration with the Revenue Leadership Team.
- Develop and execute strategies to support global sales initiatives.
- Oversee operations, customer success, enablement, and data analysis.
- Collaboration & Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive annual revenue operations planning cycles.
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional businesses.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities.
- Oversee objectives and key results, focusing on high-impact initiatives.
- Process & Technology Development:
- Develop and influence new processes and technologies to optimize revenue growth globally including quoting and Deal Desk.
- Manage tools such as Hubspot and Gainsight to streamline operations.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships:
- Build strong working relationships with executives and key leaders across GTM teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, IT, finance).
- Team Management:
- Build, develop, and manage a diverse team of high-performing managers.
- Drive effective onboarding, ongoing training, and retention with a strong remote culture.
- Ensure team alignment with company values ( Customer Advocacy, Alignment, Trust, Grit, Elevate Others) and mission.
- Performance Analytics:
- Partner with GTM Teams and Sales Strategy to leverage performance analytics.
- Influence cross-functional revenue programs and escalate relevant topics.
- Experience in business and operational leadership roles in a global SaaS Sales environment.
- Proven track record of crafting strategic vision and making data-driven business decisions.
- History of achieving customer retention and expansion sales goals.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric mentality.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics or intelligence operations.
- Management experience in a highly-matrixed company, influencing at an executive level.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions.
- Experience managing managers, senior managers, and directors.
- Passion for operations, data intelligence, and enablement in a global environment.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
