What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed budgeted census goals
Maintain established census goals and quality mix by leading the Business Development team
Build strategic relationships with referral sources and within acute care settings
Analyze demographic data to maximize business development approach
Assist in evaluating and updating collateral materials, advertising, and marketing plans
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years' experience as a Sales leader in Home Health
Minimum of five years of Home Health experience implementing successful business development strategies
Thorough understanding of Home Health and Long Term Care Market
History of successful sales training of internal and external business development staff
Ability to identify market needs and trends
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Some college education in a Marketing related field, preferred
Experience in developing advertising campaigns and public relations opportunities
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
