The Entry Level Customer Engagement Specialist will concentrate on recognizing and nurturing relationships with targeted potential clients and specific customer segments.

The Entry Level Customer Engagement Specialist will thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere focused on delivering exceptional customer interaction, professional growth, and consistently surpassing expectations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assess and identify suitable customers from provided leads through thorough screening and proactive customer engagement.
  • Investigate each customer's and client's unique requirements and recommend suitable products and services while upholding the brand's integrity through professional interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and other presentation materials as necessary for assigned campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous training programs, networking opportunities, and regional conferences to remain informed about industry trends and the latest information.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with the client group by anticipating customer needs and offering solutions and guidance related to business opportunities.
  • Relay demand and market objectives to Senior Account Executives for ongoing feedback and enhancement of campaigns and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or proven success in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficient technology skills with Microsoft Office and general applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations regularly and engaging with clients and customers daily through meetings and virtual interactions.

• Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel is advantageous.
