The lead engineer will be responsible for the oversight of the design, development, and integration the datalink subsystem. The lead is responsible for all engineering scope through all development phases of the program including flight testing and leading a multi-discipline engineering team. The engineer will coordinate with customer counterparts and datalink subsystem suppliers. The engineer must be able to lead a supplier and an integrated product team for all aspects of development and integration. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
