Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engineering assistance for requirements analysis, design, and testing; aid in the development of acquisition documentation; assist in cost estimation; review technical documents; engage in design reviews, teleconferences, meetings, and discussions related to system enhancements, while reporting all findings, conclusions, and issues regarding these developments and upgrades, and perform both in-plant and on-site testing.
  • Collaborate with contractors and clients.
  • Travel as necessary to support meetings, conferences, data collection, and testing activities, both domestically and internationally.
Essential Skills:
  • Real-time modeling and simulation expertise.
  • Design and development of training systems.
  • Interoperability of training systems.
  • Proficient understanding of HLA, whether in real-time or discrete applications.
  • Experience in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
Position Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Possession of a Secret Clearance.
