Job Description Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (call, emails, leads added to SFDC, prospects added to sequence, qualified meetings set, etc.) Working with the Head of Partner Development to research the LMS/LXP/HRIS market, create a list of potential partners to target, build a clear pipeline, and set initial meetings Working with the Senior Manager of Partnerships to identify net-new contacts within target accounts and set meetings, as well as built content and relationship maps within those key target accounts Identifying champions and key stakeholders within target accounts Creating engaging and personalized email communications Setting qualified meetings for partnership team members Discovering new contacts and partner prospects through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their market goals are and what value do they bring to their customers Managing a pipeline in Salesforce and consistently keeping records (accounts, contacts, etc) up to date and clean within the CRM This is an individual contributor role that reports to Partnership leadership who values in-the-moment coaching, independence, accountability, weekly one on ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success Conducting market research to identify partnership possibilities while also prioritizing strategic initiatives #LI-remote (can be UK or US but will work US hours) Performance Based Objectives First 30 Days: Proactively complete OpenSesame onboarding and quickly grasp our products, services, and unique value proposition. Prioritize and focus on tasks effectively, managing competing interests while keeping yourself organized. 90 - 120 Days: Utilize Outreach for prospecting and lead generation using your investigative eye. Demonstrate your proficiency in creating reports within Salesforce.com. Source partner leads and contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo. Schedule initial discovery meetings with at least 15 prospects, showcasing your skills in asking the right questions and conducting effective discovery. First 180 Days: Drive initial conversations with partner prospects and consistently maintain well-organized pipelines. Develop a comprehensive pipeline for prospective and existing partners, aligning them with team and company goals. Location: This position can be located anywhere in the U.S. or U.K. We are open to candidates in U.K. but you need to be willing to work Us hours when needed. All positions will require up to 15 days of travel per year for company wide events (typically January, May, September). Members of Senior Management and Leadership Teams will require up to 35 days of travel.
