The Compliance Coordinator will assist in the completion of various compliance tasks including preparation of annual Sunshine (CMS) reporting data, documenting and tracking out of policy occurrences in relation to HCP interactions, and tracking HCP spend, and assisting the Sr. Manager in development, execution and tracking of training plans. Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate regularly with business partners throughout the company. Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly data files from Netsuite and Concur to be submitted to third party advisory service company for review. Use SAP Concur and Netsuite to look up and confirm data for HCP's (Healthcare Professionals). Participate in monthly calls with advisory service company to ensure that annual reporting tasks are being completed. Update out of policy log for any HCP meal or other expense violations. Conduct audits to verify compliance with internal and external regulations. Assist in updating and tracking HCP spend against annual needs assessment. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Assist in any other compliance projects as needed. Performs other related duties as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role with high volume data entry and transaction research. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations, including Sunshine Act (CMS) reporting. Understanding of HCP (Healthcare Professional) interaction policies. Knowledge of compliance documentation and tracking procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills with ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-output, team-oriented environment. Strong collaborator with ability to build internal and external relationships, and to collaborate regularly with cross-functional networks. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-paced environment, and balance competing priorities and timelines. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
