Collaborate across People and Culture (P&C) teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards) and senior business leaders to build and deliver scalable programs to grow the business and promote employee productivity and satisfaction. Execute on compensation strategies and annual merit and stock programs to focus on employee retention and rewards. Partner with learning development teams to create programs to suit the teams' specific needs and partner with employee relations to optimize performance outcomes, coach managers and employees. Advise leaders in employee life-cycle areas such as hiring, promotions, performance management, and terminations. Provide metrics-driven business consultation to influence and coach leadership on people and leadership trends. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

10+ years experience as a People and Culture Partner or HR Leader in a global, high growth, transformative Security or SaaS organization. High proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Microsoft Excel. Experience working with HRIS systems (ie: SuccessFactors Workday). What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with metrics, drivers, compensation plans, and working with globally distributed teams, including metrics-driven business consultation experience. Experience partnering on diversity and inclusion programs. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience is ideal, and a Master's degree.
