Candidate Profile:

You have successfully developed at least one program from inception to execution and have a proven track record of establishing credibility and relationships across all organizational levels.
Independently, you present solutions rather than problems and have a history of fostering strong connections. Your commitment to our employees is evident in the trust you build with them.
Your primary focus in this role will be to facilitate an environment where all employees can thrive.
With keen business insight, you effectively partner with business leaders and articulate the value of People teams within an organization, swiftly constructing the business case for People Team initiatives.
Integrity is paramount to you; you communicate truthfully, act respectfully, and lead with dignity. Colleagues recognize you as a skilled generalist, capable of discussing various topics such as employee engagement, coaching, organizational planning, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and learning, with a potential area of expertise.
