As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication with clients, coordinating meetings, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring the timely delivery of client deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
Schedule and organize departmental meetings
Develop meeting agendas and follow up on meeting outcomes
Assist in business development initiatives
Provide support during client meetings
Liaise between clients and carriers
Create and distribute client deliverables
Create email templates
Track clients and organize files
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Comfortable presenting to groups in boardroom meeting settings
