Position Overview:

With A Little Help is in search of a committed and empathetic Client Care Coordinator to enhance our operations. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing and orchestrating the care strategies and services delivered to our clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients, caregivers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care is effectively administered and tailored to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and facilitate the provision of care services to clients.
  • Evaluate client requirements and formulate personalized care plans.
  • Ensure suitable caregivers are paired with clients based on various factors.
  • Organize and manage caregiver schedules and visits.
  • Offer support and direction to caregivers.
  • Maintain precise and current client documentation.
  • Work in conjunction with healthcare professionals and community services.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and company protocols.
Additional Duties:

As a small organization, teamwork is essential. Other tasks may involve cross-training to assist in various operational roles, including:
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for caregivers.
  • Providing compliance assistance and general office support.
  • Having the capability and willingness to step in as a caregiver when necessary is advantageous.
Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly, In-Person

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience

Work Schedule:
  • 40+ hours weekly.
  • Overtime as required.
  • On-call availability 1-2 weeks monthly.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in home care scheduling or relevant healthcare/social services experience is preferred; prior caregiving experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities with effective multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, and possess a solid understanding of computer systems.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
