We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Coordinator to join our team at With a Little Help. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing leads, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Develop relationships with new and existing referral sources, conduct new client inquiry calls, and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Lead Generation: Develop leads, conduct initial in-home assessments, and sign up new clients.
- Caregiver Matching: Help match Caregivers to work with new clients, go over plans of care with CG's, introduce them to new clients, and provide ongoing general support.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure proper care plans are implemented and quality assurance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor client progress and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional support to clients and caregivers.
- Marketing: Help market our company and services to the community.
- On-Call Support: Be part of the on-call rotation that takes after-hour calls, typically 1 week per month.
- 1-3+ years of experience in Home Care Client Services or a related field.
- Experience with in-home client assessment and building Care Plans.
- Lead Generation and sales experience for client intake.
- Strong attention to detail and the demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time, and multi-task.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, and a solid understanding of computers.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- A reliable car, WA state DL, insurance, and clean driving history (no major violations in the last several years).
- 1+ years of Previous Caregiving (HCA and/or CNA) experience.
