Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Coordinator to join our team at With a Little Help. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing leads, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with new and existing referral sources
  • Conduct new client inquiry calls and determine if they are a good fit for our services
  • Develop leads, conduct initial in-home assessments, and sign up new clients
  • Help match Caregivers to work with new clients, go over plans of care with CG's, introduce them to new clients, and provide ongoing general support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure proper care plans are implemented and quality assurance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Monitor client progress and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional support to clients and caregivers
  • Help market our company and services to the community
  • Be part of the on-call rotation that takes after-hour calls, typically 1 week per month
Requirements:
  • Home Care Client Services experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time, and multi-task
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, and a solid understanding of computers
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • This position may require driving to client's home, so you need a reliable car, WA state DL, insurance, and a clean driving history
