We are looking for a Sales OperationsSenior Associatetosupport the growth ofLinkedIN’sSales Solutions (“LSS”)Global Business.In this role, you will be a key business partner tothe LSSsales leadership team. You will work with senior management on the most important strategic and operational initiatives to drive continued growth and operational efficiency, with a primary focus on the nascent, super high-growth Microsoft Relationship Sales solution (MRSs) program – the first joint go-to marketofferingbetweenLinkedINand Microsoft.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsandwill be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information supporting a rapidly changing organization.Given thenascencyof theMRSs program, we areseeking an entrepreneurial typewho canhelp todesign our go-to-market strategy and build scalable processes. Usingstrong communicationskills, theSr Associatewillhave toeffectively collaborate with a variety ofteams and functions across bothLinkedINand Microsoft, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment. The candidate is expected to produceand presentinsightsforexecutive level presentations and help drive critical business decisions. This position reports to theMRSs GlobalSales OperationsLead. RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE:

Build the global go-to-market strategy for Microsoft and LinkedIn’s first joint commercial offering

Act as the LinkedIn PMOin managing the differentMRSscross-functional workstreams and initiativesand serve as a strong input into all initiatives

Develop scalable processes todevelop andoperationalize a newfieldengagementmodelacrossthe Microsoft and LinkedInsalesorganizations

Buildfinancial models andprojectionsfor the joint offering

Directly advise senior leadershipon how toaccelerate growth in revenue from thenew MRSs offering

Workon a daily basiswith Sales Leadership and Cross Functional partnersacross both Microsoft and LinkedIn

Develop, measure, and maintain operational excellence for sales teams

Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportingand forecastingas required

Somedomestic and internationaltravelmayberequired

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BA or BS degree minimum

4 +yearswork experiencein management consulting, strategy, operations or finance

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

Advanced Exceland presentation skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced, performance-focused environments

Experienceanalyzing data to drive sound decision-makingand to solve exec-level problems
