The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the sales team ensuring efficient progression of leads into closed deals.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities
•Facilitate the movement of opportunities through the sales process by managing sales-related activities.
•Coordinate the scheduling of sales meetings, demos, and presentations to move opportunities forward.
•Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, quotes, and other necessary documents.
•Track the progress of sales opportunities through the pipeline and follow up as needed.
•Liaise with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
•Act as a central point of contact for sales-related inquiries and coordination.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer communications.
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for information, directing them to the appropriate representative.

Education/Experience
