Collaborate with a distinguished local landscape company in Dover, PA, with over 50 years in the industry and a history of transforming customers’ properties with style and expertise. As the Project Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee residential and commercial landscaping projects on a team known for quality craftsmanship, client communication, and award-winning designs.

As a Project Coordinator, you can expect to:

  • Enhance communication skills by facilitating seamless interactions between customers, crew members, and the sales team.
  • Exhibit organizational prowess by managing morning rollouts, ensuring the proper tools, materials, and team are in place for each project phase.
  • Lead by example, guiding the sales and operations teams toward improved practices and efficiency.
  • Showcase your technical expertise by leveraging production software to facilitate projects and acting as a tech point of contact for the crew.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and reliability by supporting material pickup and delivery, ensuring timely delivery to the crew when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and policies by overseeing site compliance and regulations.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to manage basic repairs on in-house equipment and address tool failures promptly.

The role is a full-time, 12-month position with a salary between $42,000 and $52,000 a year. Benefits include:

A successful Project Coordinator will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Landscape Contracting, Construction Management, or a related field OR at least five years of relevant landscaping experience.
  • Proven managerial experience leading employees, communicating clearly, and acting as a support team member when needed.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Confidence in project management, particularly in managing resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Some experience in horticulture and landscape design, including measurements in both plan and field use.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable undergoing a state-issued drug test.
