At least 15 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large, diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Extensive experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sectors, with a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance, data security standards (such as HIPAA), and the unique challenges of these industries. Experience in managing relationships with software vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the board. Strong financial acumen with experience in developing and managing budgets, as well as effectively allocating resources to prioritize projects and initiatives. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale software development projects from inception to deployment, ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
