Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities


Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy that aligns with Empower's strategic goals and enhances our brand narrative.

Build strong partnerships with leadership, ensuring that our brand essence is consistently reflected in every initiative.
Initiate brand and communication projects, creating compelling content and managing public relations activities.
Establish a network of key partnerships and stakeholder relationships to amplify brand visibility and positive perception.
Serve as the company spokesperson, embodying the voice and ethos of Empower in public engagements.
Formulate crisis communication strategies that safeguard our brand's integrity.
Foster strong connections with stakeholders, nurturing a culture of brand advocacy and loyalty.
Oversee the creation of tailored communication materials that highlight our achievements and initiatives.
Direct brand communication campaigns that enhance our brand image and position Empower effectively in the marketplace.
Champion a consistent brand experience across all communication channels.
Design internal communication strategies that promote transparency and information sharing within our culture.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication initiatives.
Conduct regular assessments of our communication strategies to ensure they remain agile and impactful.
Encourage a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
Supervise and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Assess the evolving needs of the department and contribute to recruiting and onboarding new talent.
Adapt swiftly to meet the dynamic requirements of our growing organization.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in corporate communications with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects is required.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, successfully developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies is required.
Extensive experience in media relations, crisis communication, and brand reputation management.
